The frock coat is a longer length jacket - it could even reach the knee - traditionally worn for formal occasions such as weddings. It's considered a vintage style, but is making a comeback, especially with vintage being on trend. You can really have fun with a frockcoat, pairing it with matching or contrasting trousers, a fun waistcoat and of course a good pair of shiny black shoes!
